Shanmukhi Priyaadapa got infected with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) 15 days after the birth of her child. Currently she is receiving treatment at KIMS hospital in Hyderabad and her condition is critical. She is on ventilator in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as she is unable to breath by her self. Dialysis is being performed in order to bring down the pressure on the lungs and heart. She is fighting for her life and requires around 2 Lakhs per day for her treatment at this time. Total expected cost for just 5 days treatment is INR 10 Lakh.
 
Shanmukhi has small kid and a husband who is working as a Pharmaceutical sales representative. She lost her Father-in-law due to COVID and had to pay over INR 30 Lakh for his hospitalization, treatment, funeral and the family is financially drained with out any savings. Her husband has reached out for help so he can keep paying the daily hospital cost for the treatment to continue and she can become normal again.
