Our father passed away on 18th September, 2020, after a seven day-long battle with COVID-19, at AIIMS Jhajjar. He was 58 years old and the sole earner of our family. After his sudden demise, we came to know about the debts and loans he had taken to keep his work running. As a family, we could not even grieve his passing and we had people at our door the very next day. We are now a family of three, two daughters and a grieving wife. My sister and I are students at a government university in Delhi and our mother is a home-maker, absolutely incapable of earning.

My sister and I had raised relief funds during the North-East Delhi riots and we're aware how this experience is so fulfilling for both the donors and the recipients. I, on behalf of my family, urge the readers to help us cover the debts so we can have a peaceful life.
