We are a small department (Department of PSYCHO-ONCOLOGY) at a Cancer Super Specialty Hospital at Kozhikode, Kerala, India. At present we are two at the department, since there are no much people working in this area in our hospital tracking our already met patients for follow-up consultation is very difficult and due to this we are missing our patients because of suicide so to manage and to extend our psychological service to the patients, the department thought of developing a APP to provide online counselling and tracking our patients when they enter into a hospital for any kind of service at the hospital.
