Hi. I am Shailesh J Thakkar. I am 26 years old and I identify myself as queer. My mom is a paralysis patient and I have been gathering funds for her treatment from past few days to get clear with the debts at pharmacy and other stuffs.
As I have not been earning good so for her earlier treatments I have been fallen under the pile of debts. Which people have helped to me clear by sending whatever they could. In ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹500.
But today morning at 08.00 AM (11th of November, because of her low blood sugar count and infection because of her antibiotics for the swelling. She is been hospitalized again. She needs to take Corona test as per hospital protocol. She is kept in isolation for the same. I have brought her to the hospital where her Neurosurgeon visits. At Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This hospital is private and I can't risk it to take her to any other doctors and go through the same tests. It is the best place I could bring her and get treated. Why I am here? I am still helpless monetarily and I am still looking for help financially. I am asking to those who could offer. The bare minimum will work too. I don't know how long she will be here. Hopefully for 3-5days. (If her report comes negative. And I strongly feel that it will be negative) But that's an hypothetical assumption. (I mean her stay)
Covid is killing people but I hope there is humanity still alive out there. And I don't want her to die! I also know that it's not in my hand but I can try to save her. And saving someone in today's time needs money. Which clearly I don't have much.
