My name is Faizan Shaik and I am here to raise funds for my mother Shahnawaz who is 50 years old. Shahnawaz lives in Hyderabad, Telangana with me. Shahnawaz is a Housewife.
Shahnawaz is suffering from Eye infection from a few months. She is receiving Medical Treatment in MediVision Eye Care Centre but not yet admitted.
