Since 2008, Seva Sahayog Foundation has been distributing educational assistance to the children from economically weaker sections of the society. In the last 12 years, more than 4 lakh School Kits have been distributed to students in unaided schools and educational centres run by NGOs across Maharashtra. Last year we distributed 80,000 School Kits.
Since schools are closed due to the pandemic, this year many students may not require a full school kit with bags. However, 491 schools have requested us to provide Home Study Kits for 70,432  students.
