Dear Friends,
My name is Raja maharaja currently working in an networking company, my native is tiruppur currently residing in chennai, with 65 year old father, 60 year old mother & wife. I'm the only son in my family with weak financial background & we live in a single bedroom rental house in ambattur. chennai for the past 10 years.
I work for a networking company. I Joined this company in the month of march 2015. On Jan 18, 2019 mid night my father suffered from severe chest pain & he got admitted at cherian frontier hospital in mugappair.
Dr K.Anand, M.D DNB(CARD) Cardiologist from Frontier Lifeline hospital looked at my father previous and current medical records along with CT scans, informed they need to do angiogram on 18, Jan 2019 as there were severe triple vessel disease & retrosternal chest pain. Doctor informed to do angiogram at the beginning to find out the possible of the blockage in heart. After angiogram doctor concluded that bypass surgery needs to be done as there were several blocks as my father suffered from stroke previously.
Since this a bypass heart surgery , the approximate cost estimated is 4,50,000 Rs. when we approached my office with request for help, unfortunately they cant help with big amount of money, also we dont have any insurance policy as well.
As i'm the only source of income for my family also from weak financial background. I kindly request and seek help to complete my fathers surgery with gods grace. Currently my father got admitted in Vijaya hospital vadapalani due to financial issue.
Please help us with this surgery along with this I have attached the supporting documents.
