A Project For Distribution of Book, Bags and Uniforms to Children in Schools and Slum
A parent from a low-income background before sending their kids to school often has to worry about various costs that must be met. It is with great difficulty that they manage to fund their child's tuition fees but that is not where the costs of sending a child to school end. The cost of books, bags, shoes, and uniforms although seem like small expenses yet add up to be a great amount for a low-income parent. These invisible expenses attached to sending a child to school have such a great impact that it has been observed that the capacity of a parent to provide for these extra costs becomes a deciding factor for the attendance of a child in school for the coming academic year." Why is the success of this project important
The success of this project is more important in the year 2023 than any other previous year because it could mean helping the student drop out rates to not rise drastically. It is expected that hard-hit low-income parents will consider withdrawing their children from school. The success of this project could mean saving an academic year of a child. Through this project, we believe we can at least help parents feel that these extra costs have been taken care of.

This is an annual project undertaken by our organization for school children in low-income private schools. IN 2019 to 2022 we distributed bags and uniforms to 10000 children in the districts of Rajasthan. This year we aim to expand our goal to reach 11,000 children in the areas of PAN India. It is also the need of the hour to expand to this scale
