Sayali Rajkrushna Gogarkar, Age 22, Present address: B, 4/28. NIT (MIG) colony, Atre Layout, Pratapnagar, Nagpur (West), DOB: 04/03/1999. She is a young talented smart girl but unfortunately dumb and deaf by birth. She is in B.A final year. She is fighting with her in born disability with full strength but after that she was diagnosed with kidney failure when she was in her Metric (10th) level. Dr Kirtane from Hinduja Hospital, Mahim (West), Mumbai had decided to make Cochlear implant operation for her ears. But her K.F.T (Kidney Function Test) test found failed and at that moment doctor noticed that her kidneys were not working properly and her treatment for kidneys started. She admitted to Muljibhai Patel Soc. Research Kidney Hospital, Nadiyal, Gujarat in 02/05/2014 under the observation of Dr. M.M.Rajapurkar.Her treatment started well but later in 07/01/2019 suddenly she faced brain stroke attack and her kidneys got damaged totally. She took treatment in Meditrena Hospital Nagpur from 07/01/2019 to February 2019. Afterwards she took treatment from Orange city hospital Nagpur till March 2019 and then discharged to home. After that she took C.A.P.D dialysis but it gets failed in October 2020 due to some infections that’s why she admitted in Asian Hospital Shankar nagar Nagpur under the guidance of Dr.Sameer Chaube. After 2 months she gets discharged. She was on blood dialysis after that and it was on alternate days. Every time she has to pay nearly Rs.3000. Her father was in revenue department and it’s really difficult for him to handle all these expenses as he has two daughters. He contacted to Dr. Hegde sir Muljibhai Patel Soc. Research Kidney Hospital, Nadiyal, Gujarat for Kidney Transplant Operation. So he estimated the amount of 14-15 Lacks approximately. Her mother is the kidney donor for her but there are other complications also like blood group not matching etc. It’s a humble request from us to contribute as per your capacity to save her life. मानवता या जगात सर्वांत श्रेष्ठ आहे. या माणुसकीच्या नात्याने प्रत्येकजण एकमेकांशी जोडलेला असतो. आज या नात्यासाठी आम्हाला आपल्या मदतीची आवश्यकता आहे. सायली राजकृष्ण गोगारकर, वय 22, सध्याचा पत्ता: बी, 4/28. एनआयटी (एमआयजी) कॉलनी, अत्रे लेआउट, प्रतापनगर, नागपूर (पश्चिम), डीओबी: 04/03/1999. ती एक तरुण हुशार मुलगी आहे परंतु दुर्दैवाने जन्मतःच ती मूकबधिर आहे. ती बीए अंतिम वर्षामध्ये आहे. ती पूर्ण सामर्थ्याने जन्माच्या अपंगत्वाशी झुंज देत आहे परंतु त्यानंतर तिचे मेट्रिक (दहावी) पातळीवर असताना मूत्रपिंड निकामी झाल्याचे निदान झाले. हिंदुजा हॉस्पिटल, माहीम (वेस्ट), मुंबई येथील डॉ. कीर्तने यांनी कानात कोक्लियर इम्प्लांट ऑपरेशन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला होता. परंतु तिच्या केएफटी (किडनी फंक्शन टेस्ट) चाचणी अयशस्वी झाल्याचे आढळले आणि त्याच क्षणी डॉक्टरांच्या लक्षात आले की तिची मूत्रपिंड व्यवस्थित काम करत नाही आणि तिचे मूत्रपिंडावर उपचार सुरू झाले. तिने मुलजीभाई पटेल सॉक्स येथे प्रवेश घेतला. डॉ. एम.एम.राजापूरकर यांच्या निरीक्षणाखाली दि. 02/05/2014 Research मध्ये गुजरातमधील संशोधन किडनी हॉस्पिटल, तिचा उपचार चांगला सुरु झाला पण नंतर 07/01/2019 in मध्ये अचानक तिला ब्रेन स्ट्रोकचा झटका आला आणि तिचे मूत्रपिंड पूर्णपणे खराब झाले. 07/01/2019 ते फेब्रुवारी 2019 पर्यंत तिने मेडिट्रेना हॉस्पिटल नागपुरात उपचार घेतले. त्यानंतर तिने मार्च 2019 पर्यंत ऑरेंज सिटी हॉस्पिटल नागपूर येथे उपचार घेतले आणि त्यानंतर घरी सोडण्यात आले. त्यानंतर तिने सी.ए.पी.डी डायलिसीस घेतली पण ऑक्टोबर २०२० मध्ये डॉ. समीर चौबे यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली एशियन हॉस्पिटल शंकर नगर नागपुरात दाखल झालेल्या काही संक्रमणामुळे ती अयशस्वी झाली. 2 महिन्यांनंतर तिला डिस्चार्ज मिळतो. त्यानंतर ती रक्ताच्या डायलिसिसवर होती आणि ती पर्यायी दिवसांवर होती. प्रत्येक वेळी तिला सुमारे Rs 3000/day रुपये द्यावे लागतात. या महिन्यात तिचा किडनी ट्रान्सप्लांटच ऑपेरेशन आहे. तिची आई तिला किडनी दान करणार आहे. डॉ. हेडगे, Muljibhai Patel Soc. Research Kidney Hospital, Nadiyal, Gujarat चे ऑपेरेशन करणार आहे त्यांनी १४-१५ लाख अपेक्षित खर्च सांगितला आहे. तिचे वडील महसूल विभागातून सेवानिवृत्त झाले. त्यांचा पगार आणि पेन्शनमधून आतापर्यंत सायलीच्या उपचारात पैसा खर्च झाला. म्हणून आता मदतीसाठी याचना करत आहे. शक्य तेवढी मदत जरूर करा.
