My name is Debasish Chatterjee and I am here to fundraise for my son, Sayak Chatterjee.
Sayak Chatterjee is 11 years old and is residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. At the age of 6 he was under go with kidney trnsplant now he has been diagnosed with Liver Failure. He needs Liver Transplant to fully recover. He is being treated at Rela institute. Which will cost around Rs.2,250,000.00.
In the year of 2013 during February, Sayak suddenly starting vomiting and had severe headache. We took him to a local health centre and then kolkata institute of child health but his health was still the same. So we shifted to Bangalore SSIHMS and it was found that both his kidneys are damaged. So he started dialisys at St. John's Hospital, Bangalore. After 1.5 years of dialysis kidney trnsplant done on 10.07.2014.
Now he is suffering from liver failure and need immediate liver trnsplant.Please come forward to help me save my son. Any contribution will immensely help my family. I need your support to bring them home. Do contribute and share this campaign link with your friends and family.
