This campaign is to raise fund for 1 year old kid Sarthak Prakash. To make a living, his father works in a Private Company. Sarthak lives in Bengaluru, Karnataka with his parents. He has profound(complete) hearing loss ( both ears) since birth. He is currently with hearing aid but its not helping him and he has to undergo cochlear implant surgery.

Cochlear implant will bring hearing back in Sarthak and with 1-2 yrs of speech therapy he would become normal.
This implant will help Sarthak to grow as a normal child and He would be able to attend normal school.

Cochlear implant surgery cost is 37 lakhs approx. for both the ears. It doesn't end here. Speech therapy cost will be approx. 1 lakh and maintenance and upgradation cost for processor is around 8-9 lakhs every 5 yrs.

In the next few days, we need Rs.38,40,000.00 for cochlear implant surgery.
