Hi, I am Sanskaar Saini, a 19 year from India old who aims to study abroad for his degree in Business Management from the prestigious University of Liverpool, UK. I hold an offer from the University and have been called to study there in September 2021. I am one step away from living my dream.
Background
My parents have been struggling financially since my father’s garment business collapsed due to covid and my mother underwent a major spine surgery due to which she finds it hard to get employment. I had offers from the UK last year too but I could not go due to financial constraints. Which was quite heartbreaking but I had hope and applied again to go this year.
Reason
Living in a country of 1.3 billion people, with high competition for jobs, I have seen many unemployed people who have the desired skills but stay unemployed due to competition, minor physical disabilities, lack of finances to go abroad and many other reasons which don’t do justice to their hard work. They struggle to earn a living.
I live by the quote “You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want”
I aim to change the lives of such people and generate employment through my business, do justice to people’s skills as they are often ignored due to physical disabilities, I want to impact as many people as I can, at last, that is what matters.
I have been playing sports since I was 7 years old and have evolved into a leader through them. I am also an active speaker in debating competitions which has boosted my public speaking, developed my logical reasoning skills and turned me into a confident public speaker who can express his thoughts well.
I have tried to develop myself as an all round person excelling in academics and extracurricular activities. Football is my main sport and I was also elected the sports captain in my school, I am extremely passionate to have a business of my own one day.
I have dreamt of studying in the UK since I was very young, I have worked hard towards it and now when I hold an offer from the University, and me living my dream is one step away, I need your help to take that last step and reach the UK.
I chose the United Kingdom as a study destination because of its detailed and professional education system and culturally diverse nature. Studying there would make me more of a global citizen and allow me to gain elite and professional education as well as meet people from around the world.
Your help would take me closer to my objective and equip me with the needed skills to do what I have dreamt of. It would help me combine my skills with professionalism and assist me to become successful.
