I am sanjay panwar 28  year old i am an civil engineer but due to slip disc i am not able to travel that's why i have no job i also have ulcerative  colitis from last 4 years ,my elder sister past away last year due to overian cancer we spent lots of money to save her and my mother she is 65 year old has a blood pressure problem she doesn't have a single teeth in her mouth form last 6 months and because of money issue i am not able to treat her and my self doctor suggest me for operation for slip disc so please help me need money for me and my mother treatment. if in future my condition will good i promise i will help needy people here.
