This is an urgent call for help by the Legal Aid Committee of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow to raise funds for Mr. Sandeep Singh, who is a clerk at the University.

He needs emergency funds for his wife Mrs. Shiva,  who is battling renal failure for past 5 years. A few days back she has also been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Moreover, earlier she also contracted COVID-19. Her condition was critical but thankfully she has recovered from COVID. However, since then her condition has worsened owing to the post COVID impact. The pandemic has hit them even more as Mr. Sandeep has lost the income he used to make from his other part time job.

Currently he incur Rs. 35000 per month on the medical needs of his wife and also has responsibility of his 6 year old daughter. In addition to the aforementioned expenses, the hospital has quoted Rs. 12,50,000 for kidney transplantation. He has now exhausted all his funds and needs our help.

Those who know him would agree that Mr. Sandeep is one of the kindest people in our University and he has never refused to help anyone who needed his assistance.
Now that he is going through a tough time, it is our duty to help him.
