मेरा नाम संदीप कुमार उर्फ दीपू है । मैं भेडथल ( यमुनानगर, हरियाणा) गांव का रहने वाला हूं ।  मैं पिछले एक साल से राज मिस्त्री को काम सीख रहा था । फिर अचानक एक दिन पेट में दर्द उठा, ओर उसके बाद उल्टी, सोजस । लोकल हस्पताल से चंडीगढ़ रेफर कर दिया गया था। 

वहां जाके चैकअप के बाद पता चला कि 80% किडनिया ख़त्म हो चुकी है । 

उसके बाद संदीप कुमार को डायलिसिस पे रखा जाता है । हफ्ते में तीन बार खून बदला जाता है । घर की आर्थिक हालात ठीक नहीं है । संदीप कुमार उर्फ दीपू के पिताजी बीमारी के चलते काम नहीं कर सकते, सिर्फ उसकी माता जी ही घर को देखती है । संदीप कुमार की माता जी घरो में काम करके, घर को चलाती है ।
संदीप कुमार उर्फ दीपू अपने माता पिता की एकलौती औलाद है । संदीप का जन्म शादी के 15 साल बाद हुआ था , तो संदीप ही से आगे की सारी उम्मीद है ।
Dr. ने 3 जून को चंडीगढ़ बुलाया है ताकि किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट हो सके । हमे या तो कोई किडनी डोनर मिले या फिर 5 लाख रूपेए अरेंज करे जा सके ताकि किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट हो सके , क्यूंकि किडनी डोनर के मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है । हम में से शायद कोई भी अभी के लिए किडनी डोनर नहीं बन सकता परन्तु शायद हम थोड़े बहुत पैसे से अगर मदद करे तो शायद हम एक जान को बचा सके ।

जीवन देना हमारे हाथ में नहीं है, लेकिन शायद थोड़ी बहुत मदद से बचाया जा सकता है । आप सभी से रिक्वेस्ट है कि 100,200 जितना भी आप मदद कर सके तो जरूर करिए । शायद आपकी मदद से एक मां बाप को उनका बेटा मिल जाएगा ।

I am  friend of sandeep kumar. I am writing his story on behalf of him. He is a 22 year old. He is a single child of his parents. He do labor work to survive his family. His father is not able to do anything and his mother do maid work in the houses. He was born after a 15 years marriage of his parents, so many expectations from him.
One day sudden he started swelling on his feet, vomiting and pain in stomach. Later on got to know from the Chandigarh PGI, the lungs are 80% damages . Dr. not yet given the specific reason for this. Dr suggested to transplant the kidney. For the time being he is surviving on dialyses on the interval of one day because of not having sufficient amount for the kidney transplant. Dr. give us time to arrange the kidney donar or  5 lakh including the hospital charges. His mother only managing the things as well as small amount contributing by us for the survival.

I am requesting you to donate 100,200 rupees, as much as you can do. Our small- small amount can save the life of Sandeep. We cant give life to anyone but we can try to safe. We all will be very kind for the help. His mother lost all her expectations. Please Requesting to all of you, help us to save his life.
