My name is v.sri jayasurya and I am raising funds for my friend, Y.Sampath. He has been fighting injuries caused by an accident. He is currently undergoing treatment at Sunshine Hospital. Intensive care (ICU) is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 500000.

He had met with an accident we have admitted him to hospital. Doctor had run some test and told us he had sever head injury and he is suffering multiple fracture in all over his body. He is currently admitted in ICU on ventilator.

The funds raised will be used towards his:

• Post-operative care
