Sameena Banu, Wife of Aslam Pasha, had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer a year ago. Her husband is an Auto Rickshaw driver who doesn't own an auto but shares it with another auto driver. With the help of their BPL card, she was able to get free Chemotherapy but due to the 2nd wave of the COVID-19, her medication was disrupted. Recent CT and PET scans show that the cancer is spreading to her liver and is approaching 4th Stage.
UPDATE: We previously completed the goal of 2,15,000 Rupees and Sameena Banu received all of her Chemo Cycles and All 6 injections of the targeted injection therapy by utilizing these funds. A recent CT/PET scan showed that most of the cancer was treated and it has reduced but Sameena Banu still has cancer. The doctors have prescribed the injection therapy again but this time instead of 6, they've prescribed 11 more injections where each injection costs 34,000 rupees. They've managed to take one of the 11 injections with the money that was raised previously on this campaign but now they need funds of approx 3,40,000 rupees for the remaining injections as they have almost exhausted the funds that had been collected before. The recent scan also showed that there are cancer cells in the uterus of the patient and the doctors have suggested a surgery that will cost them more funds. So, I've restarted the campaign with an additional goal of 4,35,000 Rupees (total goal of 6,50,000 Rupees)Please help Sameena Banu get the rest of her prescribed treatment by donating and sharing this campaign.
