My name is Sakshita Jain and I am 35 years old. I am here to raise funds for myself. I'm a housewife. I live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with spouse & children.

I'm suffering from Cardiac for 10 years. I am receiving medication at CIMS Hospital and Research Centre but not yet admitted.

Until now, I've spent about Rs. 600000. I've arranged the amount from savings & loans.
