Hi My name is Sakshi Swapnil Patil and I am raising funds for my treatment. I am not currently employed due to my condition which has made it difficult for me to arrange funds for my treatment. I have a mother, two children. I have been fighting Lower back pain. I am a widow with 2 grown up children. Since last 2 years I am suffering with lower back pain. I have been suffering for more than a year and it has been a tough time for me and my family. I am currently undergoing treatment at Orthocare General Hospital. Surgery is my only hopeat getting better and living a normal life. My treatment will cost approximately Rs. 5,00,000.

I am unable to pay for the treatment due to I am not working and I have responsibilities of mother and children. I can't move so long
