Sakamma is our house help. The second wave of covid has cost her a lot, and having lost several sources of income, Sakamma is not able to afford rent. During the first wave last year, she faced a similar situation and got kicked out of her house because she wasn't able to afford rent.
Sakamma is a single mother, who lost her husband a couple of years ago. Her young son is an auto driver, who has been struggling to make ends meet because of the lockdown. At this point she is barely managing to put food on the table, and really needs help. Please contribute to this fundraiser and help Sakamma keep a roof over her head.
