This is an earnest appeal to you all seeking your most generous contribution for my daughter, SAI PRASANNA's medical expenditure. My daughter has been suffering from Epilepsy since her birth. She has not got cured from the ailment, despite a critical brain surgery performed at KIMS HOSPITAL, SECUNDERABAD in April, 2015. She has been suffering from mild brain strokes every now and then despite being under constant medicationeven after the surgery. Medical tests revealed that some problem still persists and as per the recommendation of the nuerologist concerned she has to be under constant medication for about five years. I am being a financially challenged person, a private teacher, can't afford to bear this expenditure personally. Moreover I have not been receiving any pay from my teaching profession as schools are being closed due to CORONA pandemic for about the past few months. I, therefore seek your generous assistance to save my daughter's life. Your contribution is most important to me to save the precious life of my beloved daughter. Kindly assist me to enable me to recreate the life of my daughter and help her cure and lead a normal life.
