My name is Santosh Kumar and I am raising funds for my brother, Makaraju sai kiran who is suffering from cardiomyopathy and needs heart transplantation and is undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital - Hyderabad . He don't have father and raised by his mother alone. Now he is pursuing last year in ophthalmology friends and family did all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but Rs.2000000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses.
