Safe Home Foundation is a non governmental organization started in the year 2017.
Our main mission is to rescue the stray dogs suffering on a street all over Madurai city and surroundings which is located in southern part of India.
In Madurai city there are around 100,000 ownerless stray dogs roaming on the streets. This overpopulation of stray dogs cause various illness, road accidents and many dangerous diseases. To control these suffering of stray dogs we made our first step to build a shelter for treating all the stray dogs over here. With our own support we have built a good hygienic shelter in 5,668 sq. feet and we have also recruited two doctors to treat them all.
In these critical situation, we are receiving around 15 rescue calls per day. At the moment we are having around 120 rescued dogs which are in need of regular treatment and care. We are also doing spay/neuter for almost 50 stray dogs per month. With our basic equipment's and medicines we are managing all these treatments. Apart from these we are facing too many critical and extremely dangerous cases which need more medical attention and equipment's to deal with. To overcome these situation and to give proper treatment for this complicated cases we need medical equipment's like orthopedic instruments, surgical instruments, different set of equipment's and various medicines which are listed below. So we have decided to make this possible with all your support.

We are in need of 2,500,000INR to give the best treatment for all the critical illness and to treat the complicated surgeries as well. If we got all this equipment's, instruments and medicines available in our shelter. We can able to treat all the suffering stray dogs from various illness, dangerous diseases and critical injuries. So kindly do come forward to donate with whatever you can for all this suffering stray dogs on the street side. Every bit counts a life of an voiceless animal.
