Namaskaram. My husband V Sundararajan, aged 80 years is suffering from multiple chronic diseases like kidney disease, parkinson's plus syndrome, sugar, lower respiratory tract infection. He was admitted to the hospital for 17 days from 26th Aug to 12th Sep'19. After discharge, he has been under home care for more than 3 months for bed sore, chest & limb physiotherapy including meditation. Since he is bedridden, the catheter is fixed for the disposal of urine. Due to which urinary track infection occurs once in a month in addition to vomiting and fever. Bed sore is not healing. For procuring antibiotics, medicines for chronic diseases, dressing materials (mega heal, debride, betadine, micropore, gauge, surgical gloves, cotton, underpad), doctor fee and nurse fee for a home visit, we spend a lot. As we have no income, struggling a lot to meet the monthly medical expenses.
