I am Renuka currently working and residing in Bengaluru.
Hailing from a small happy family, my dad who worked as an Anesthesiologist has been retired for 5 years now. He has served society for more than 40 years. Everything was well until my mother (S. Sunanda, aged 56 years) got diagnosed with blood cancer on October 2019.
Since then our family has been going through a gruelling time.
The cost for the Chemotherapy and treating other infections have reached 15,00,000.00 till date. We have managed the funds till today from our savings, Insurance coverage and bank loans.
Sadly, we have exhausted all the means of funding.
We further need 25,00,000.00 for Bone Marrow Transplant and Chemotherapy Treatment in next one month.
I am a strong believer that human race is the strongest race in the world. "Helping hands are better than praying lips".
