Murugan, 50 years old, is living in a small village,100km from Chennai, Tamilnadu. He is the only earning member of the family and is working in a small grocery store. He is suffering with Varicose veins from his young age. His occupation, demands standing hours for a long duration, 16 to 18 hours a  day. This has led to bulging of Varicose veins on both legs.

Three months earlier, his condition worsened and could not keep his legs down on the floor and totally became immobile. He was hospitalised and given a temporary treatment and asked to consult a specialist in cardio vascular disease.
