Our Motto: Self Development - Fellowship Through Service
Rotaract originally began as a Rotary International youth program in 1968 at Charlotte North Rotary Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, and has grown into a major Rotary-sponsored organization of over 10,904 clubs spread around the world and 250,792 members in 184 countries.
In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.
What’s involved?
Rotaract members decide how to organize and run their clubs, manage their own funds, and plan and carry out activities and service projects. Rotary club sponsors offer guidance and support and work with your club as partners in service.
Being one of the SDG goals, as well, education to each and everyone is of atmost importance.
Thus, keeping that in mind, we Rotaractors try to be there educators by spending an entire day with these little angels with various fun filled learning activities. And with learning, we do our best to create memories.
We have done a lot of projects in the past, and has now come back with an even bigger project where we will be the change that we want to see in the world. We are going to aim towards one of the SDG Goals to help fight Hunger, one step at a time.
The funds collected will be used for all of the expenses being incurred during the project campaign, right from educational kits for the children and to train them; and also the travelling expenses for our volunteers as an incentive, for their involvement to go and from the village.
