Born in a middle class family, there was no other way I had known but to work hard and make ends meet. I started working really early by tutoring kids so I could help my family and pay my own fees. My father retired when I was very young and automatically the responsibility of taking care of everyone in the family came on me. I have spent sleepless nights and days to sustain my old parents, myself and my wife. The hardwork, I was okay with, until my kidneys decided to give up on me. 

It’s been 3 years I have been suffering from a chronic kidney disease and I have spent all my savings and income which is about 5lacs on my treatment. Currently I am on dialysis every alternate day as both my kidneys have failed and last week I was in ICU, senseless as I had collapsed after a stroke. 

There is a long way I have to go and a lot of things I intend to do for my family, but my hands are tied. 

I am in my early 30s and I will fight the unfair things life has pinned on me, but I will need your help for the same. I am not an alcoholic, never dwelled on it, yet my kidneys are not functional anymore.
