We are Ritesh and Ranjeeta, proud parents of Riti Dubey (1Yr 3M). We longed for our girl child and were so happy to have a complete family. We were eager to hear the magical words "mama" and "dada" as she approached 1 year of age. And lately we realised she can not hear and therefore she can not speak as well.
She has been diagnosed with Profound Hearing Loss and She needs to undergo "Cochlear Implant Surgery" with which she will be able to hear and then with speech therapy speak as well.
Cochlear Implant Surgeries are quite costly (Rs. 32,40,000 surgery cost + Post Surgery Care of Approx Rs. 2,00,000) and being the middle class people, though we pay taxes, we can not get the government benefits.

We have spent close to Rs. 1,00,000 on her diagnosis until now and all the doctors are suggesting for Cochlear Implant is the only option.
"She can speak, She can hear".... "We can hear her chirping voice" if she can undergo this surgery. She can be close to normal kids in hearing and speaking and she can do wonders by contributing back to society in whatever she does in future just like a normal person.
In the next 30 days, we need Rs.32,40,000.00 for the Cochlear Implant Surgery.
Please come forward to support my kid who is yet to hear music and harmony of life. Let her know life is more than just seeing.
