My name is Amit Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my brother-in-law Ritesh Mohan Prasad who is 35 years old. Ritesh Mohan Prasad lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra with his wife & children. He is working in a private company.

Ritesh Mohan Prasad is suffering from Blood Cancer for a few months. He had been admitted last month and had Chemotherapy but it didn't help. He has to go again with Chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre but has not yet been admitted.

Until now, we have spent about Rs.10,00,000. We have arranged the amount from savings & insurance.
