My wife, Renu Dharmawat, is currently fighting for her life in the ICU in Vietnam due to a severe lung infection and pneumonia. We are going through the most difficult phase of our lives and urgently need your support and prayers.

Just a few days ago, Renu was completely healthy, cheerful, and excited about her first international trip to Vietnam—a dream she had looked forward to for a long time. Sadly, due to sudden weather changes and cold conditions during the trip, her health deteriorated rapidly. What began as a mild illness soon turned into severe pneumonia, pushing her into a critical condition.

Renu has no prior medical history or pre-existing illnesses, which makes this sudden medical emergency even more shocking for our family. She is currently on intensive medical support and struggling to breathe on her own. Although we have travel insurance, the insurance company has not extended support at this crucial time, leaving us to manage extremely high medical expenses in a foreign country.

The costs for ICU care, treatment, and medical evacuation back to India are overwhelming and far beyond our financial capacity. Renu is a loving wife and a devoted mother to our daughter and son. She is the heart of our family, and our children, relatives, and friends are desperately waiting to see her smile again.
