Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is A V Prakash. I am writing this seeking your help and prayers for my daughter, Remya Prakash who is 32 years old, working at Allianz Technology, Technopark Trivandrum.

She has 2  kids and she is the main source of income for her family. Her husband is working at SIDCO. My daughter has been diagnosed with Stage IV Metastasis Cancer last September 2018.

During her second pregnancy, she started having back pain, but the doctors thought it would be due to the pregnancy. Only during the last month of pregnancy, they were able to determine that it was cancer. It had already progressed to other parts of her body. She was able to give birth to her baby, but soon after she got bedridden since she had to undergo spinal surgery as part of cancer treatment.

She was treated at KIMS and RCC Trivandrum and had undergone several radiations and chemotherapy sessions. Her treatment was then moved to CMC, Vellore since she was recovering well, and as per them, the cancer type diagnosed in Kerala was incorrect. But the disease has only progressed despite all the treatments.

Currently, she's undergoing treatment at RCC Trivandrum. We have spent all our savings on her treatment and are in need of financial aid to support her further treatment. As of now, she is having difficulty breathing and has oxygen support. Her lungs got infected with the growth and are being treated with steroids. The infections have to get the all-clear for the treatment to progress. Though her liver functioning is okay, doctors have found growth there too.

We as parents would want her to get better soon and have time with her newborn baby whom she hasn't had the chance of caring and loving since she was undergoing treatment. Requesting your sincere prayers and help for our daughter at this time of difficulty. We will be forever indebted to your kindness.
