My name is Indu prasad and I am here to raise funds for my mother Reeta Rani Prasad who is 64 years old for her ongoing treatment. She was admitted to ICU at Apollomedics Lucknow on 20-Jan-2022 and now undergoing treatment.
Diagnosis
1. Acute decompensation of Liver with HE Grade-II with SBP
2. Mixed respiratory failure on NIV.
3. AKI on CKD on Dialysis support.
4. TYPE-II diabetes mellitus.
Before this, she was admitted to ICU at Apollo Medics Lucknow on 20-Nov-2021. During the hospital stay she was managed with the support of IV antibiotics, IV fluids, IV PPI, IV anti-emetics, bronchodilators, anti-epileptics, anti-diabetic therapy, Hemodialysis support, inotropic support and ventilatory support along with other supportive measures.
She survived 2 episodes of cardiac and respiratory arrest in 2015 and was in a coma for 2 months and in total hospitalized for 4 months but after that, she became hypoxic and was on home oxygen treatment.
Between 2015 and now she has been in and out of the hospital. She was admitted thrice in ICU this year in Lucknow.
All our family members have already spent a fortune and leveraged all financial resources for her treatment. We request your kind help with her further treatments.
