I am writing this request letter with the hope of receiving you support for one of our colleagues Prem who is suffering from Hodgin Lymphoma (Stage-4 cancer). He is currently undergoing medication for 3 tumours (neck, lung and liver). Current medication has had no effect on the tumours and doctors have decided for higher medication that includes Brentuximab - 12 vials and Bone marrow transplantation. A vial of Brentuximab costs 1.5 Lakhs. The recommended is not covered by our health insurance and therefore I am humbly requesting for your financial support to enable him to receive the treatment.
