My wife has CKD ie IGA Nephropathy which is a serious kidney disease for about 3 years. The doctor has told that this is an incurable disease, it can never be cured, due to this disease both the kidneys have become inactive, initially water filling in the chest, anemia, vomiting, inability to walk, shortness of breath, Sometimes the problem of brain hemorrhage, etc. started coming. I 20/09/2021 Immediately admitted her in an emergency by private ambulance, from Korba to Raipur Shri Balaji Hospital which is private, immediately after that my wife is undergoing treatment which is already fine. The doctor did a checkup and said that he will have to undergo dialysis now and get a kidney transplant done as soon as possible. On asking the cost of this from the doctor, he said that it will cost 10 to 12 lakhs, in which 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs can be helped, yet I will get 10 Lakhs will have to be arranged. मैं दिनेश कुमार जैन नगर पंचायत छुरी कला, तहसील - कटघोरा, जिला - कोरबा (छत्तीसगढ़) का निवासी, बहुत ही गरीब परिवार  से हूं।  मेरी पत्नी को करीब 3 वर्ष से CKD याने IGA Nephropathy है जो कि किडनी की गंभीर बीमारी है। डॉक्टर ने बताया है कि यह लाइलाज बीमारी है यह कभी भी ठीक नहीं हो सकती, इस बीमारी के वजह से दोनों किडनी निष्क्रिय हो चुकी है प्रारंभ में छाती में पानी भरना, खून की कमी, उल्टी, चल न पाना, सांस लेने में तकलीफ, कभी भी ब्रेन हेमरेज आदि की समस्या आने लगी थी। मैंने 20/09/2021 को तुरंत प्राइवेट एंबुलेंस करके, कोरबा से रायपुर श्री बालाजी हॉस्पिटल जो कि प्राइवेट है वहां तुरंत इमरजेंसी में उसे एडमिट किया उसके बाद अभी मेरी पत्नी का इलाज चल रहा है जो कि पहले से ठीक है। डॉक्टर ने चेकअप किया और कहा कि अभी डायलिसिस से गुजरना पड़ेगा और जल्दी से जल्दी किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट करवाना पड़ेगा। डॉक्टर से इसका खर्च पूछने पर बताया 10 से 12 लाख लगेगा जिसमें 2.5 लाख से 3 लाख की मदद मिल सकती है फिर भी मुझे 10 लाख का व्यवस्था करना पड़ेगा। अतः आप  लोगों से हाथ जोड़कर विनती करता हूं मेरी पत्नी को इस गंभीर बीमारी से मुक्त कराए और मेरा 7 वर्ष का बेटा है उसे अभी मां की जरूरत है कृपया करके आप सभी से अपील करता हूं आप लोगों से जितना बनता है मदद करें।
