My name is Ranjit Mandal, and I am 33 years old. I am here to raise funds for myself. I live in Siliguri, West Bengal, with my spouse . I have been working in Sudlife since 2017.

I've been suffering from a deadly Blood Cancer (MDS -IB2) for the past few months. Still then, i have been under treatment. I lost my father when i was 6 month old.In my family we are two, me and my wife.

I have initiated my treatment in Tata Mumbai Parel. I have  taken 1 cycle of chemotherapy (Azacitadine and Venetoclax together) there. As my cancer is in High risk, they suggested us for Bone Marrow Transplant, and referred to Kolkata Tata Medical ( another branch under Tata Cancer Hospital). As, Bone Marrow Transplant is a complex process and may involve several infections, but it can be managed. So, it is very risky to do the process staying in Mumbai as standard of living is high, also we can’t afford. But the issue is the cost of Bone Marrow Transplant is very high around 50 lacs with chemotherapy, which is beyond of our family’s financial capacity. 

Until now, I've spent about Rs. 7,00,000 plus. I've arranged the amount from savings & loans.
