I am writing this message to seek your help out of extreme desperation but with enormous hope! You could be a silver line to our lives!

A Mother is one who showers unconditional love, puts your needs before her own, always be on your side and holds her children’s hands for a while but their hearts forever! It's time to hold my mother’s hand in her long and painful recovery road.

It has been extremely difficult for me and my family to see my mother's suffering due to Parkinson’s Disease / PSP for roughly about three years and unfortunately crawled into advanced stages in spite of various treatments and efforts we put in. We, as a family, fought quite a few battles in past years without realizing the worst is yet to arrive. The year 2019 is truly the most painful time of my mom’s life as her suffering due to progressive disorder has quickly turned south.

In spite of personal financial crisis, we managed to juggle around multiple hospitals, got few home treatments, few other non-allopathic treatments through small health care units and noticed small spikes of temporary improvements but all went in vain as none helped to get her back on feet. Our current positive hope, possibly the only hope, is on a suggested advanced Ayurvedic treatment which spans between 4 to 8 weeks of hospitalization with a caution that the recovery time is purely based on how well her body responds to very rigorous and restless treatments.

By far, we have spent over 5 lakhs rupees for all prior treatments and medicines with a strong note that NONE of these expenses, not even in parts, are paid by insurance as the coverage excludes Parkinson’s disease and doesn’t encourage non-allopathy treatments. We are at a point that our entire savings has been zeroed out and ran out of all financial options as I have already borrowed funds from known friends and relatives which has pushed my family to a weak financial situation. The financial situation has tied my hands and slowing me down to pursue the suggested advanced Ayurvedic treatment that costs around 3.5 lakhs rupees, however, it is extremely important to avail this treatment NOW as my mother’s health is deteriorating fast this year.

I urge to seek your kind support through this message and request each one of you to please help us by providing a financial aid. Your contribution will keep my spirits high and your thoughts, prayers and blessings will be appreciated from my bottom of my heart. Any aid, small or big, will make a big impact in our lives as it’ll have potential to save my mother’s life from the grip of this fatal, but controllable illness.
