It was 1st january 2019 when my mother called me at night as usual and told me that there is blood in small quantity, coming with urine of your father. I thought it could be due to urine infection and i told her to consult a doctor next morning. After two days my mother sent me Ultrasound report of my father on whatsapp, then i got to know that there is some extra vesical mass present in my fathers bladder which will be removed after surgery. Without any delay i took leave from my office and we went to local hospital for surgery. Then the doctor told us that your patient is having high grade Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer and suggested us to go some big cancer hospitals. Me and my mother got shocked and cried almost 1 hour after listening this but my father didnt know till then that he is having cancer. Then we went to PGIMER, Chandigarh for my fathers treatment. After 3 months of struggle and one TURBT my father got 1st Chemotherapy on 1st april. Doctor said they will have to do a surgery of bladder removal after some cycles of chemotherapy. We have spent our all savings in TURBT and 1st Chemotherapy. Please help us to complete my father's further treatment.
