Ramcharan is a talented boy who is 10 yr old. He is a school student currently in 5th std.

His father was an employee in the Forest Department with a small scale wage. and was expired a few years back. After his father's death, his mother was given a post of peon in the same department. From the past few years, his mother was taking care of him. As the only mother has income, it became very difficult to take care of Ramcharan.

By birth, he is having a problem with his heart. He has four(4) holes in his heart from his birth. On Jan 28, 2019, a surgery was done at Care Hospitals, Banjara Hills, and the doctors rectified only one of the four holes. Ramcharan is still suffering from the remaining three holes and doctors suggested a surgery which will save his life and surgery may costs up to 7 Lakhs.
