My name is Raabrahmachary, I am here to raise funds for myself. I am working as a Police Constable in Khammam Urban Police Station.
I have been suffering with heart failure. Now only 20% of my heart is functioning. Now I am getting treated in Care Hospital, Hyderabad. The doctor have suggested me to undergo Heart Transplantation.
