On 23 August, while in sleep my father got a cerebral haemorrhage attack with significant amount of bleeding in right hemisphere of brain. During this episode, he had nausea and vomitting and respirated some of that to his lungs which led to severe lung infection. He got the surgical intervention to remove blood clot and clamp ruptured nerve in brain.

It is 24th day in ICU for him today and he has not gained conciousness post surgery. During this time while he got treated for both brain injury and severe lung infection, he developed other complications in his body due to bacterial infection in blood (bradycardia, kidney function). He is currently on mechanical ventilator and Norad support to maintain minimum blood pressure levels. My father health condition remains critical and it seems a long battle which requires prolong ICU care to cater life threatning condition, and nursing care for months post hospital discharge.

My total expenses till date stands over INR 18 lacs at this point of time with insurance cover completely exhausted and daily cost of INR 70-80K going from out of pocket. I belong to a middle class family and do not have much financial support. It is very challenging to continue treatment of my father given very high per day hospital expenses, as it has become unaffordable.

Requesting donors to help us fight in this battle and save life of my father. He is in critical stage and need all the support. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please any amount helps. We can't thank you enough for your love, prayers, thoughts, and support. Kindly pray for his speedy recovery.
