But by the time he travelled the world and returned home, there was nobody there. All his properties had been sold off and he was left at the mercy of life to take care of himself and make something out of what he was left with.
Life hasn't been generous to him ever since. With growing age, he is slowly losing vision and isn't able to cycle or drive much. He earns his daily bread by picking up rags and selling it, making Rs.100-Rs.150 a day, living on a single meal and using the rest of the money for petrol. He lives in an abandoned, and secluded house that doesn't have any electricity.
He has secured several recognitions from different Government bodies across the Country. According to Reddy, his bike was gifted by Bal Thackery Maharashtra. He has received accolades from many significant people in power during his time, has been on the front page of newspapers for his work. But now it all seems like a dream to him. It is very unfortunate and heart-breaking to see Mr. Ram Bahadur Naidu in this condition.
Recently we Masala Chai Media interviewed him.
As per the public demand we are raising funds to support him financially.
