HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY ! I would like to be completely honest. My family and i are going through a SEVERE MEDICAL AND PERSONAL CRISIS.
I am Neeraj, 35 Years old, Single child of my parents who are retired with minimal savings and income. I had been diagnosed with a Major Eye Disease called as Keratoconus, 7 years ago. This is a Cornea problem and with every passing 6 months, my eyesight has gone down considerably. The treatment for this problem is EXPENSIVE and requires wearing high powered Contact Lenses every 7-8 months, which costs more than 1 lakh for one eye. Due to this problem, i had a major problem in Working and performing day to day activities. I could not continue my Office work too because of this Problem.
Right now I am wearing lenses which are very Costly. We had to mortgage everything to afford this. We are Living in Bangalore, Electronic City.
This is a Lifelong Problem, its at Advanced Stages now, beyond repair, and requires changing lenses and regular follows to eye hospitals. Next Year, i would be going for a Cornea Transplant and i don't have medical Insurance too to afford this expensive surgery.
I will be grateful if i could raise the required money to support my family through this tough conditions as my parents are Old and we don't have money for basic things. We are BANKRUPT NOW
