Hi All,
My Friend Rajesh is an hardworking person.His father and Mother died when he is a child.he is working has an office assistant in a small organization.he is living a normal life until one day he felt uneasiness in 2016.so, he went to Rajeev Gandhi Government Hospital near chennai central,there he got admitted and treated for a month and after that they have prescribed pills for 2 months. He cameback to normal life and in 2017 he married the love of his life and his life is going full of joyness .
In 2019 March again he felt uneasiness so he went to SIMS vadapalani and there he heard shocking news about his health .
Cardiac-Pulmonary by pass which costs around 7 to 10 lakhs.He is poor and he doesn't afford that much money.
So ,i Request every one to kindly help him to get back his normal life
