Dear Friends,

I reach out out to you all today for my beloved cousin, Rajdip Chowdhury, from Agartala, Tripura, India.

He, at just age of 31 years, has been diagnosed with Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis. In order to have a chance at full recovery, Rajdip requires an urgent liver transplant.

Rajdip’s family has already experienced significant losses in recent years. Last year, Rajdip’s father passed away suddenly due to a massive cardiac arrest. Now, Rajdip's mother, a homemaker is going through unimaginable pain for her only son who is struggling to survive.

Rajdip recently got engaged, was about to marry soon and has his whole life ahead of him. His belongs to a humble middle class family and he is the only child of his mother.

As you can imagine, the medical expenses associated with his care and medication are accumulating daily and have become unmanageable for the family, Rajdip being the only earning member of the family. Despite our extreme efforts, love and prayers, we are well short of the amount needed urgently to give Rajdip a new chance at recovery and life.

I establish this fundraiser with hopes of assisting Rajdip’s family to arrange the fund needed towards the immediate medical expenses and liver transplant.
