Jayapala shetty, farmer and bus driver,known case of carcinoma base of tongue diagnozed in 2014 , received cuncurent chemo-radiation followed by salvage neck dissection in 2015. later aduvent chemotherapy given in may 2015.
After 4 yrs , again revealed wall thickening in pylorus of stomach and perigastric lympnodes positive. now he is just done with surgery and referred for chemotherapy.
