Hi, My name is Nandini and I am raising funds for my Mother Rachna Gupta 48 years old, who is undergoing treatment for severe Chronic hepatitis, Cellulitis, septicemia, and pedal edema at Apollo Hospital, Lucknow. She was diagnosed in July 2020 and ever since has undergone treatment. On 20th August, her condition got worse, and was hospitalized due to a severe infection which started spreading all over the body and damaged her liver and kidney. Her platelets counts also got reduced.
To stabilized the platelets counts, the doctors advised us to keep her on dialysis for few days, which cost around INR 1 Lakh per day. Since this is a daily basis procedure, we have spent a heavy amount already. Further treatment can be done once the count gets normalize.

The good news is after putting her on Dialysis the percentage of this infection got decreased by 60%.
After Post few days of dialysis she will be operated on to get rid of the HCV virus.
My mom is full of joy, extremely positive, and caring! She has taken each struggle of life head-on. She is the pillar of our family and definitely the bravest one!
