Queerspacesaga is an organization for the lgbtqia+community .Its the first Queer space in Mangalore.We were successful in providing more than 500 kits in 2020 during the lockdown.We provided kits specially to the Transgender community .This year since there is a drastic rise in the Covid cases we decided to begin funding earlier .Last time we funded it took us months to reach the goal ,hence we couldn't provide immidiate help.This time we're hoping to get funded earlier so we can provide immidiate relief. We aim to raise enough to provide 300 kits during the present covid crisis. Which majorly involves kits for the Transgender community because they havn't been able to work ,most of them resort to begging and sex work because of lack of employment opportunities .They are struggling to look after their daily expenses also because they are the only breadwinners in their families and some have been outed by their families too. We also aim to provide kits to those outside the transgender community and to those who are really suffering .The kit details will be put down and their prices too. We're hoping all of youll would co-operate and help us reach out to many more.Each kit costs Rs. 1,205
like we said earlier we aim to provide 300 kits which will cost us Rs.3,61,500.
