My name is Ashok Kumar Mandal and I am here to raise funds for my relative(Cousin in law) Punam Kumari who is 22 years old. Punam Kumari lives in Jamtara, Jharkhand with her parents, siblings & relatives. Punam Kumari is a housewife.She belongs from a poor family and cannot afford the treatment charges. 

Punam Kumari is suffering from Serous Carcinoma and Omental Metastasis from the past few weeks. She is yet to start receiving Chemotherapy at Private Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
