Baandh Bhenge Dao: Breaking the Barriers of Exploitation.

This is the second production from Mahima India that focuses on the impact of exploitation of women and girls and their fight to redeem dignity and justice.

The story revolves around the life of Bonya and her mother. It is based on their struggle for survival in a society that keeps placing one obstacle after another before them and how they both are able to break that cycle of exploitation.

Funds raised through the program would go toward holistic development of survivors of sex trafficking - their rehabilitation, psychological, medical and legal assistance, vocational skill training, mainstreaming and reintegration into society.
